Created as a speculative communication and service design project, this work uses the metaphor of a washing machine and laundry service to address long waiting times and communication gaps in NHS A&E care. Research diagrams, checklist-based information design, and everyday service mockups translate a complex public-health issue into a clear visual system that makes institutional inefficiency more visible and discussable.
